Really good stay
free shuttles friendly staff excellent view
The hotel offered free shuttles. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent (especially the fresh pastries). We decided to upgrade to a suite for extra space. I am so glad we did as we got a wonderful view.
The prices were a little high for on-site food and drink. I think this is one area that could see some improvement in the future . hopefully next time this is solved.

uneven experience at the hotel
torn bedding indifferent staff
the pool area was relaxed and it had many sun loungers available at any time.
Upon check-in, i did not receive much information about breakfast times or evacuation procedures. the room had hairs on the robe and bed. There were also tears in the bedding. the reception staff seemed indifferent when i raised these issues, and they did not offer any apologies.

The room was super clean and spacious. It was well decorated and included carefully chosen amenities. The breakfast had so many good things TOO.
The pool water was very cold. It was not enjoyable to go in there. The bar staff was not attentive. It seemed like they were very busy with room service orders.
